TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By taking advantage of this Miss Selfridge Account Loyalty Card ("Loyalty Card") you agree to these terms and conditions. 2. To participate in this promotion you must be a new or existing Miss Selfridge Account Cardholder and have a valid Loyalty Card. New Miss Selfridge Account Cardholders will be issued with a Loyalty Card at the same time as the issue of their Miss Selfridge Account Card. Existing Miss Selfridge Account Cardholders can pick up a Loyalty Card in participating Miss Selfridge stores in the UK. 3. To earn and redeem each stamp you must use your Miss Selfridge Account Card to spend £35 or more in a single transaction at any participating UK Miss Selfridge store and present your Loyalty Card to be stamped at the till point. Loyalty card cannot be used in Outfit stores. 4. The Loyalty Card
entitles you to receive the following discounts according to the number of stamps you have collected when you present your stamped Loyalty Card instore:
Stamp 1 - £4 off when you next spend £35 or more in-store.
Stamp 2 - 10% off when you next spend £35 or more in-store.
Stamp 3 - a pair of Eylure false eyelashes, subject to availability, when you next spend £35
or more in-store**.
Stamp 4 - 20% off when you next spend £35 or more in-store.
Stamp 5 - £10 off when you next spend £35 or more in-store.
5. Only one stamp per qualifying transaction and only one stamp can be given in any one day. Stamps to be given in sequence on card. Only one Loyalty Card per customer at one time. 6. The receipt issued with qualifying transactions will be stamped instore. If products purchased under a qualifying transaction are refunded, the Loyalty Card must be handed in and a new Loyalty Card will be issued and stamped for corresponding non-refunded transactions on the previous card. 7. Loyalty cards and offers are valid until the expiry date written on the card and must be redeemed by this date. This will be 12 months from the date of issue. Please see your Loyalty Card for details. 8. A Loyalty Card and the stamps can only be used by the recipient and are not transferable. 9. A Loyalty Card must be handed in upon redemption of stamp 5. A new Loyalty Card will be issued on handing in a fully stamped Loyalty Card. A Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or
promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash. 10. A stamp will be given for a transaction in which £35 or more is spent before Loyalty Card discounts are applied. 11. A Loyalty Card cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards, gift vouchers or for paying store card accounts. Normal refund policy applies. Returned items will be refunded at the discount price paid. Only unopened Eylure eyelashes can be returned and exchanged for alternative Eylure eyelashes. 12. Photocopied, forged or defaced Loyalty Cards will not be accepted. Lost or damaged Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced. 13. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's Loyalty Card and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to Loyalty Cardholders and potential Loyalty Cardholders). 14.
